Fees and Insurance

I am an out of network provider and do not bill insurance. 

I will provide you with documentation to send to your insurance company--some will reimburse a percentage of the fee you paid to me and some will not. 

Please contact your insurance to determine what they may cover. 

Initial 2-hr evaluation: 450

Individual 55 min sessions: 225

Couple/Family 110 min: 450
